Rregullat që duhet të ndiqni

Kur të mbërrini në qendrën tuaj të pritjes, një anëtar i stafit shpjegon se si funksionon dhe rregullat që duhen ndjekur. Ata do t'ju japin një dokument që shpjegon të gjitha rregullat: rregullat e shtëpisë. Ky dokument është i disponueshëm në disa gjuhë. Dokumenti është shumë i dobishëm dhe është e rëndësishme që ta kuptoni plotësisht.

Rregullat bëjnë të mundur mbajtjen e vendit të pastër dhe të rregullt. Rregullat gjithashtu bëjnë të mundur sigurimin e sigurisë së banorëve dhe kanë kontroll mbi njerëzit që hyjnë dhe dalin nga ndërtesa.

Ankesat

Rregullat e banimit shpjegojnë gjithashtu se nëse nuk bini dakord me kushtet e jetesës në qendrën e pritjes, mund të depozitoni një ankesë te oficeri përgjegjës për ankesat në qendrën tuaj të pritjes.

Sanksionet

Nëse nuk i respektoni rregullat, drejtori i qendrës së pritjes mund t'ju japë një sanksion. Nëse nuk pajtoheni me sanksionin që keni marrë, mund të apeloni kundër vendimit.

Sanksionet dhe apelet shpjegohen në Rregullat e Shtëpisë. Punonjësi juaj social gjithashtu mund t’i shpjegojë këto rregulla.

No violence or weapons

The use of violence is prohibited both inside and outside the reception centre. Knives, stabbing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons are prohibited.

The staff of the reception centre can check your room and cupboard to enforce this prohibition. Knives and stabbing weapons will always be confiscated. You will not get them back when you leave.

If you break the rules, you risk a severe penalty: transfer to another reception centre, exclusion from the reception network or prosecution by the police. The reception centre may also pass on certain information to the police and other competent (government) services.

If you have dangerous objects with you when you arrive at a reception centre, you must report them to a member of staff. The reception centre will take the dangerous objects into custody.

Sanctions

If you do not follow the rules, the director of the reception centre may give you a sanction. If you do not agree with the sanction you have received, you can appeal against the decision.

Sanctions and appeals are explained in the House Rules. Your social worker can also explain these rules.

Complaints

The House Rules also explain that if you do not agree with your living conditions in the reception location, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible complaints officer at your reception location.
