Subsequent application: what is the procedure?
In the event of a subsequent application, the CGRS (CGRA/CGVS) examines whether there are new elements in your case. This is information that was not yet in your dossier - for example about events or changes in your country of origin - and that you did not have during the previous procedure.
- The CGRS decides that there are no new elements in your case: your case is declared inadmissible.
- The CGRS decides that there are new elements in your case: your case is declared admissible. The CGRS will examine your application and make a new decision.
You will only receive an orange card if the CGRS has declared your case admissible. This has consequences for your right to work.
Appealing against a decision of the CGRS
You can appeal against the inadmissibility decision of the CGRS, with the CALL. During the appeal, you cannot be removed from the territory.
