Dublin procedure for unaccompanied minors
If you are an unaccompanied foreign minor, the rules for which European country is responsible for your application (Dublin Regulation) are different.
If you are an unaccompanied minor, the Immigration Office will examine whether you have family members or relatives who legally reside in another European country.
If this is the case, your situation will be analysed in detail. The Immigration Office may ask this country to handle your application for protection. If the responsible country agrees, the Immigration Office will organise your trip to this country.
