Subsequent application: consequences for reception
A subsequent application means no reception place.
When a subsequent application is registered, Fedasil may not give you a place in a reception centre or in a house of the CPAS. You still get medical assistance during your procedure.
Similarly, when an asylum application is submitted by a minor on their own behalf after a previous application submitted by their parents/guardians has been rejected, the right to reception can be limited.
It is only when the CGRS (CGRA/CGVS) decides that there are new elements in your case (your case is declared admissible) that you can go to the Fedasil arrival centre again and request a reception place.
