Going to your reception place

In the arrival centre, Fedasil gives you a train or bus ticket to go to your reception place (often a Fedasil or Red Cross centre).

Before leaving, you will receive:

• the address of your reception place as well as a telephone number;
• a map with the route to your reception place;
• explanations for using public transport;
• the necessary train or bus tickets.
